Responsibilities
•Data Processing & Management: Collect, clean, validate, and organize data from multiple sources (e.g., tender databases, project performance metrics, market research) to ensure accuracy and readiness for analysis.
•Statistical Tests: Apply appropriate statistical tests (e.g., t-tests, chi-square, ANOVA, confidence intervals) to validate findings and ensure the reliability of conclusions.
•Statistical Analysis: Conduct broader statistical analysis (e.g., correlation, regression, trend analysis, descriptive statistics) to identify relationships, measure performance, and generate actionable insights.
•Survey & Sampling: Support the design of sampling approaches and analyze survey data to ensure validity and reliability of project results.
• Visualization & Reporting: Develop and maintain clear, compelling dashboards and reports (using Power BI, Tableau, etc.) to track KPIs and communicate findings to business development and project teams.
•Strategic Support: Provide data-driven insights to guide our bidding strategy, helping to structure more effective and competitive proposals.
•M&E Integration: Contribute to Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) frameworks within proposals, ensuring robust data collection and reporting methodologies are proposed to clients.
•Market Research: Analyze data to identify new market opportunities and potential donor trends.

Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
•Five years of proven experience as a Data Analyst.
•Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, Power Query, advanced formulas).
•Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and extraction.
•Working knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R for statistical analysis and data visualization.
•Familiarity with statistical tests (t-tests, chi-square, ANOVA) and statistical analysis techniques (regression, correlation, trend analysis).
•Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to non-technical stakeholders
•Five years of proven experience as a Data Analyst.
