Responsibilities
• Administrative and technical support for forensic programmes and activities at the delegation.
• Provide support to the Forensic staff during the delivery of training courses, workshops or other events
• Ensure that all material and equipment needed for the implementation of programs are delivered and distributed according to the yearly plans of activities while maintaining relevant documentation.
• Follow up on the logistics needs, planning, orders and inform regularly Forensic responsible of any issue.
• Support Forensic staff in the planning and organization of field missions in accordance with ICRC security rules and in close coordination with external interlocutors
• Communication, translation, information analysis and knowledge management.
• Act as interpreter (when applicable) to Forensic staff during external meetings with authorities.
• Ensures that delegation and forensic unit have suitable communication material for dissemination.
• Maintains an efficient filing and archiving system for document of relevance for institutional memory.
• Maintains regular contacts with relevant field stakeholders to facilitate the coordination and the smooth program implementation.
• Forensic caseload data management - as required.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in medical, forensic or natural sciences: (Medicine, Density, Pharmacy or nursing college graduated, biology, forensic science).
• Fluent command of English and Arabic.
• At least 3 years' experience in forensic practice and/or relevant investigative casework desirable
• Experience in admin work required.
• Experience in teamwork.
