Responsibilities
1. Asses and plan e-Payment development internal and external requests and provide recommendations regarding creating new / improving existing systems/products and ensure that it’s delivered accurately and in a timely manner.
2. Ensure abidance of coding guidelines and standards within development systems/processes.
3. Ensure needed unit integration and user acceptance testing of assigned/developed systems and processes are executed in coordination with Testing team.
4. Monitor and ensure e-Payment systems availability.
5. Ensure that day-to-day applications operations/administration tasks are executed accurately and as per related policies and procedures.
6. Monitor and ensure handling reported complaints and issues and recommend the corrective and preventive actions accordingly.
7. Coordinate with System’s suppliers whenever required to ensure incidents resolution in a timely manner.
8. Ensure that systems documentation and resources related to e-Payment Development & Operation section are maintained and up to date.
9. Interview candidates and provide recommendations to direct line of Authority.
10. Monitor and ensure efficient and appropriate use of resources (financial, human, physical, IT ….etc.) to achieve planned goals and support smart spending strategy.
11. Prepare Section’s yearly budget as per the Company's Goals and Corporate Objectives.
12. Cascade Unit Objectives into Section and Individual Objectives and ensure proper alignment.
13. Prepare, measure and maintain accurate Section & Individual KPIs on regular basis.
14. Coach, develop and motivate team members to reach optimum performance and successfully contribute in achieving Corporate, Department, and Unit Objectives.
15. Develop & maintain Syriatel Quality Management and Job-related Systems effectively & efficiently.
16. Conduct Staff Meeting with team members on quarterly basis per region, and discuss team related issues and concerns.
17. Reinforce Corporate Culture and values by living them, communicating them to the team, and ensuring full adherence.

Qualifications
1. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/ IT Engineering is required.
2. Experience: 5 Years of Development / Integration experience in Telecom or banking/e-Payment sector.
