Responsibilities
• Design and develop AI/ML models to automate tasks, improve decision-making, and optimize business processes (e.g., content personalization, customer support automation, predictive analytics).
• Build and deploy machine learning pipelines using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-based platforms.
• Perform end-to-end data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model validation to ensure high-quality inputs and outputs.
• Conduct pilot testing of AI solutions with real users and collect feedback for iteration.
• Integrate AI models into existing digital products and tools via clean, well-documented APIs.
• Create technical documentation that explains model logic, purpose, and usage in simple terms.
• Collaborate with marketing and support teams to train users on how to leverage AI features effectively.
• Stay up to date with cutting-edge AI advancements and evaluate new technologies for potential integration.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models in real-world applications.
• Proven expertise in supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning techniques.
• Strong understanding of model evaluation metrics (accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, AUC).
• Experience working with large datasets and building scalable data pipelines.
• Excellent communication skills — especially the ability to explain complex AI concepts in simple, non-technical language.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced startup environment
