Responsibilities
• Lead the planning, setup, and deployment of Zoho ONE, including core apps: Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho People, Zoho Projects, Zoho Creator.
• Integrate Zoho ONE with external platforms (accounting software, marketing tools, e-commerce sites) using APIs, Webhooks, and automation tools to ensure real-time data synchronization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to conduct in-depth needs assessments, identify process gaps, and document technical requirements clearly.
• Design and maintain custom dashboards and reports in Zoho Analytics to deliver actionable business insights and KPIs for leadership.
• Monitor new Zoho product releases and feature updates; proactively recommend enhancements to existing systems for improved performance and scalability.
• Develop and maintain Deluge scripts for advanced logic, data processing, and automation within Zoho apps.
• Provide training and support to non-technical users to ensure smooth adoption and maximize ROI from Zoho investments.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Zoho Implementer or Developer with a proven portfolio of successful Zoho ONE deployments.
• Mandatory proficiency in Deluge scripting for complex automation and business logic.
• Deep knowledge of key Zoho apps: CRM, Books, People, Projects, Creator, and Flow.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills: able to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments with agile delivery cycles.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Zoho Implementer or Developer with a proven portfolio of successful Zoho ONE deployments.
