About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and intelligent Account Manager Executive (Direct Sales) to join our commercial team.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong business mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand and explain complex ERP solutions to clients across multiple industries.
You will be responsible for driving direct sales, managing inbound leads, and executing outbound outreach strategies to convert prospects into long-term customers. The ideal candidate can quickly grasp business processes, identify client pain points, and demonstrate how our ERP software solves real-world business challenges through effective presentations and demos.

Key Responsibilities:
● Manage the end-to-end sales cycle for direct clients, from lead generation and qualification to closing deals and onboarding.
● Follow up with inbound leads from marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and CRM pipelines.
● Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking to create new opportunities.
● Analyze client requirements and map them to ERP functionalities to provide customized product demonstrations.
● Build strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders in different industries (Retail, Distribution, Manufacturing, F&B, Services, etc.).
● Work closely with the product and technical teams to understand system capabilities and align client needs with the right solutions.
● Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations aligned with company pricing and value propositions.
● Negotiate terms and close contracts while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction.
● Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system.
● Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
● Act as the primary point of contact for clients after closing, ensuring a smooth handover to the implementation and support teams.


Qualifications
Required Skills & Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
● 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in ERP, SaaS, or enterprise software solutions.
● Strong understanding of business operations across multiple industries (Accounting, Inventory, Sales, HR, F&B, etc.).
● Ability to learn complex systems quickly and deliver confident, engaging product demos.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (both in person and online).
● Proven ability to manage a pipeline, prioritize leads, and close deals independently.
● Analytical thinker who can understand client needs and translate them into system capabilities.
● Tech-savvy and comfortable working with CRMs, productivity tools, and online demo platforms.
● Fluency in English

● Experience selling ERP, or B2B SaaS products.
● Familiarity with solution-selling or consultative sales methodologies.
