Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed technical assessments for selected projects.
- Conduct required surveys on the selected locations (head counting, quality survey, etc.)
- prepare draft BoQs, sketches, and shop drawings for different rehabilitation projects.
- Collect data on material prices from the local markets and submit them using regular reports on a monthly basis to the line manager.
- Direct supervision, monitoring, and follow-up of the contractors' execution work on-site, with daily photos and documentation, to prepare Daily/weekly/monthly monitoring reports accordingly.
- Track time schedules, quality, and quantity control on material and work executed by contractors, and report these to the line manager.
- Do daily measures for the executed quantities and inform the line manager earlier of any variations or any required new scope of work during the execution.
- Supervise and monitor the distribution of equipment and furniture if requested.

Qualifications
Education: University degree in civil engineering /architecture or equivalent.
Languages:
Essential language: Arabic.
Preferred: good English.
Preferred experience:
- Previous experience with NGO, INGO is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in construction works.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop and Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Proven ability to deal with multiple tasks in a courteous and service-oriented manner in demanding working condition that often has short deadlines.
- Able to work in different locations.
- Strong personality.
- Hard worker.
- Well organized.

Salary and Benefits
As per FCA salary scale
Contract will be Service contract for 3 months renewable according to the budget availability and performance.
