Responsibilities
• Operating a variety of digital equipment including computers, Tablets, and other related devices, to ensure their functioning and their accessibility for children and teachers
• Build capacity, with SIF Data Clerk staff, about “Learning Passport” platform implementation in Syria, and digitalization learning for Teachers, and Children.
• Plan and schedule digitalization learning sessions throughout the project duration in coordination with Education Assistant.
• Plan and schedule, in coordination with teachers, the sessions’ detailed implementation including number of sessions, duration, content, children’s identification, communication with facilitators, etc.
• Ensure access to "Learning Passport" platform, (especially with username, and password) for children, both within the learning lab premises and with their home devices.
• Provide ongoing support to teachers related to digitalization component.
• Provide the Education Assistant with the monthly plan and ensure close follow-up timetable.
• Participate in meetings with Education staff and other E-Learning Facilitators to monitor the project implementation and update according to the project plan.
• Monitor and support students' attendance within the learning lab according to the agreed schedules, while ensuring their safety.
• Ensure all devices are operational for each session (charged, well-maintained, etc.) and inform the Education Assistant if any maintenance is required.
• Contact SIF IT specialist, after discussion with the Education assistant, for any significant case of IT issues.
• Ensure the material safety (in safe lockers) within the lab after and before each session.
• Keep safely all necessary records through hard and soft copies when required, such as children’s attendance, subjects learned, etc.
• Provide SIF's Data Entry staff with the relevant data (grades, etc.) for each child to facilitate the data analysis.
• Report the recommendations, feedback and complaints or any relevant information to the Education Assistant.

Qualification and experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with experience in Education and Protection with significant ICDL skills.
• Understanding of "Learning Passport-Syria" Platform, and other educational platforms.
