Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and driven BDM to lead and grow our distribution and reseller sales network for two fast-growing product lines: security systems and home automation solutions. You will identify and onboard new partners, manage key accounts, and drive strategic growth through B2B sales channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a distribution sales strategy for security and smart home product lines
- Identify, qualify, and onboard new distributors, resellers, and system integrators
- Build and manage long-term relationships with channel partners
- Set and monitor sales targets, promotions, and incentive programs
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, technical, operations) to support partners
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and channel performance
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and meetings
- Prepare forecasts and reports for management review

Qualifications
- 3-5+ years in B2B sales or channel management (preferably in the same business domain)
- Strong knowledge of distribution networks and B2B sales dynamics
- Knowledge about security/smart home systems is highly preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
- Very good command of the English language
