Responsibilities
Preparing and developing financial plans, budgets, and financial forecasts (long-term and short-term).
Analyzing periodic financial statements and reports in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and submitting them.
Supervising financial operations and ensuring their integrity.
Managing cash flows and ensuring company liquidity to meet operational obligations.
Developing and implementing financial and internal control policies and procedures
Managing the company's relationships with banks and financial institutions.
Analyzing costs and preparing reports and analyses to assist management in decision-making.
Supervising and leading the finance department team.
Ensuring compliance with Syrian tax laws, securities market regulations, and other relevant legislation.

Qualifications
A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Financial Manager in industrial companies.
Experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector is a mandatory prerequisite.
In-depth knowledge of Syrian and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Comprehensive understanding of Syrian tax laws and regulations.
Exceptional skills in financial analysis and financial modeling.
Proven ability to prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
A professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, CA, ACCA) or equivalent is required.
Specialized training courses in financial planning and risk management.
