Responsibilities
Monitor fuel consumption across facilities and prepare reports in line with organizational and departmental policies.
Coordinate the receipt of purchased goods between suppliers and the warehouse unit.
Follow up on maintenance activities taking place in the facilities.
Track vehicle mileage and maintain related documentation.
Conduct regular asset tracking and inventory checks, verify their technical condition, and submit inventory reports to the line manager.


Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics or a related field.
Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
Good command of the English language is preferred.
Previous experience working with humanitarian organizations is an asset
