Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (Technical, Leadership, People and Resource management)
-Answering the questions of beneficiaries visiting the office and provide basic and accurate information.
-Welcoming visitors from other INGOs or Oxfam hubs and helping them navigate through an office.
-Maintain office safety & security by following the procedures and keep the well control for the access via the reception desk.
-Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard
-against theft and maintain safety of premises. Control admission of authorized personnel and movement of Oxfam property in and out of the premises.
-Ensure that attendance and visitors logs are maintained.
-Report any abnormalities with security setup to the Line Manager.
-Ensure that all office machines, air conditioners, generator, lights, etc are turned off after working hours.
-Open and close the office on daily basis.
-Keep and maintain confidentiality of sensitivity regarding Oxfam information and related details like: Oxfam staff information, visitors information, donors and beneficiaries.
-Support staff in booking and preparing meeting rooms (Projects, needed stationary, refreshment, .....)
-Provide needed support to the admin department as required: daily staff attendance, recovering items (stationary, refreshment, cleaning materials,) based on the coordination with line manager
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by the line manager

-Team-working skills.
-Flexibility under pressure and in response to changing needs.

-Competency in use of relevant technology systems (Microsoft Office applications)
-Fluency in Arabic and English (written and verbal) is essential
