Responsibilities
-Collect field data through various methods, including surveys, interviews, and direct observation, as required by project guidelines.
-enter collected data into designated databases and digital forms using tools such as KoBoToolbox and Microsoft Excel.
-Perform data validation and cleaning to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of all information.
-Organize and manage data files systematically for easy access and analysis.
-Prepare and submit daily or weekly progress reports to the supervising team.
-Maintain the confidentiality and security of all collected data.
-Coordinate with project supervisors to clarify data requirements and report any issues encountered in the field.

Qualifications
•University degree in social sciences, statistics, development studies, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in MEAL or programme quality functions in humanitarian or development organizations
Proven experience in data collection or a similar role.
Proficiency in using data collection tools, specifically KoBoToolbox, is essential.
•Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (e.g., data entry, filtering, basic formulas).
•Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, accurate work.
•Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
•Ability to work independently in the field as well as collaboratively within a team.
•Strong verbal communication skills.
