- Team Management and Capacity Building: Organize regular guidance and comprehensive trainings for all field staff (Field Supervisors and Monitors), in coordination with WFP. Conduct bi-annual refresher trainings and onboard new hires within two weeks of their start date.
- Logistics and Resource Management: Ensure all administrative, financial, and logistical support is provided to field teams, including the provision and maintenance of functioning electronic tablets and accessories for all data collection staff.
- Stakeholder Communication and Reporting: Act as the primary point of contact for WFP. Prepare and submit consolidated bi-weekly and monthly reports. Ensure WFP is informed in a timely manner about critical monitoring findings and any staffing changes (with a minimum two weeks' notice).
- Strategic Coordination: Provide high-level coordination support as requested by WFP and ensure that any additional tasks for field staff are cleared by WFP's M&E unit prior to implementation.

Qualifications
Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in International Development, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Master degree is a strong asset.
- Experience:
o A minimum of five years of experience in project management, monitoring and evaluation, or a related field is mandatory.
