Responsibilities
1. Oversee the cleanliness, order, and appearance of all public areas including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and outdoor spaces.
2. Conduct regular inspections to ensure all areas meet the hotel's established standards of excellence.
3. Lead, train, and motivate the public area cleaning team, scheduling shifts and assigning daily tasks.
4. Manage inventory and stock control of cleaning supplies, amenities, and equipment, placing orders as needed.
5. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to the engineering department.
6. Ensure all public restrooms are consistently clean, fully stocked, and well-maintained throughout the day.
7. Collaborate with the front office and other departments to coordinate cleaning schedules around guest flow and events.
8. Implement and monitor deep cleaning programs for all public areas.
9. Handle guest inquiries and requests related to public areas professionally and efficiently.
10. Uphold all hotel safety, sanitation, and security protocols.

Qualifications
1. Previous experience in a housekeeping supervisory role, preferably within a hotel.
2. A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is advantageous.
3. Strong leadership and team management abilities with a proactive approach.
4. Excellent eye for detail and high standards for cleanliness and presentation.
5. Good physical condition, with the ability to walk and stand for extended periods
