Responsibilities
• Supervising daily sales operations: Ensuring monthly sales targets are met and monitoring individual team performance.
• Team management: Training and motivating staff, organizing work schedules, and maintaining discipline and professional appearance.
• Customer service: Ensuring excellent customer service and effectively handling complaints.
• Inventory management: Accurately monitoring inventory levels, organizing weekly/monthly receiving and stocktaking, and ensuring correct product display.
• Merchandising: Implementing visual display plans in accordance with brand standards and promotional campaigns.
• Reporting: Preparing daily/weekly sales reports, analyzing performance, and submitting them to management. Adherence to Policies: Implementing company policies regarding pricing, promotions, cashier procedures, and security and safety.
