Responsibilities
Job Summary: Leading and developing monitoring and evaluation systems to measure the performance, effectiveness, and impact of developmental projects, providing accurate data and analyses that support the decision-making process, organizational learning, and impact measurement, and ensuring accountability to donors and stakeholders.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

1. Designing and Developing M&E Systems and Methodologies:
- Developing and approving a monitoring and evaluation plan for each project, clearly linked to the intended objectives and impacts.
- Designing data collection tools (questionnaires, interview guides).
- Developing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and measuring performance based on them, considering the specific nature of each developmental sector.
- Establishing and developing centralized databases and electronic tools for collecting, storing, and analyzing project and beneficiary data, while ensuring data quality and integrity.

2. Leading Field Monitoring and Evaluation Operations:
- Planning and implementing periodic quantitative and qualitative data collection activities in coordination with project teams.
- Conducting mid-term and final evaluations, either internally or in coordination with independent external evaluation entities.
- Supporting beneficiary verification processes to ensure the accuracy and authenticity of beneficiary lists and the delivery of intended benefits to them.

3. Data Analysis and Decision Support:
- Analyzing performance data and preparing periodic reports that illustrate progress, gaps, and challenges.
- Preparing final impact reports that show the change the project has brought about in the lives of beneficiaries and in local communities.
- Providing independent and objective recommendations to improve institutional performance, address violations, and enhance procedures.
- Supporting strategic decision-making with accurate information and analyses.


Qualifications
Educational Qualifications:
- A university degree in Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields. A Master's degree in the mentioned specializations is preferred.

Previous Experience:
- Previous experience in non-profit organizations and institutions and no less than 7 years of practical experience in monitoring, evaluation, and data analysis, including 3 years in a leadership position.

English Language:
- Very good level /conversation writing comprehension/.
