1) Follow kitchen hygiene, safety, and uniform procedures.
2) Prepare and cook traditional Aleppine dishes with high quality and consistency.
3) Plan menus and daily specials, ensuring authentic flavors and presentation.
4) Manage kitchen inventory, order supplies, and control food costs.
5) Ensure proper use of kitchen equipment and maintain cleanliness.
6) Present dishes to guests, explaining ingredients and preparation when required.
7) Monitor guest satisfaction and adjust recipes or service as needed.
8) Work flexibly across different kitchen sections depending on business needs.
