Responsibilities
- Conducts regular site visits to verify the quality of materials, workmanship, and compliance with approved BOQs, drawings, and specifications.
- Maintains the project schedule by monitoring progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems.
- Maintains comprehensive site records, including daily logs, material delivery notes, equipment logs, survey notebooks, and change requests, while promptly reporting any risks, delays, deviations, or security concerns to the Supervisor and Project Manager.
- Conducts interim (partial) and final inspections of works, verifies compliance with approved designs and specifications, and prepares all documentation required for acceptance and handover, including quantity measurements, snagging lists, and technical reports.
- Coordinates closely with contractors, suppliers, and community representatives to ensure timely and conflict-free implementation.
- Prepares engineering studies and design documents related to the project when required, in continuous coordination with the Supervisor and Project Manager.
- Ensures all construction activities adhere to humanitarian standards and organizational policies, and that contractors provide appropriate PPE and follow safety procedures.

Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or any other related field
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in (Engineering/Designing) – (Mandatory: experience using AutoCAD – Desirable: 3D Max)
- Fluent in written and spoken English
