Responsibilities
1.Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods to ensure efficient workflow and timely dispatch of orders.
2.Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records using our designated systems.
3.Organize and maintain the warehouse layout to maximize space utilization and facilitate easy access to products.
4.Collaborate closely with the procurement team to coordinate stock replenishment and ensure adequate inventory levels are maintained at all times.
5.Maintain a safe and clean working environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
6.Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries or complaints related to warehouse operations.
7.Monitor inventory levels and prepare stock replenishment orders as necessary.
8.Contribute to process improvements and workflow optimizations to increase efficiency and productivity in the warehouse.
9.Perform regular inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy by conducting regular audits.


Qualifications
1.High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in warehouse operations or supply chain management is preferred
2.Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in a warehouse or logistics environment.
3.Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software.
4.Familiarity with standard warehouse safety practices>
5.Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy objects repeatedly.
6.Flexibility to work in shifts and overtime, as required
