Responsibilities
1.Supervise and lead the front desk team, providing guidance, training, and support.
2.Oversee daily front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
3.Ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere for guests by maintaining a neat and organized front desk area.
4.Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs and concerns.
5.Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
6.Monitor and ensure accurate billing for guest reservations and services.
7.Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of front desk staff.
8.Conduct regular performance reviews for front desk team members.
9.Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of service.
10.Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.


Qualifications
1.Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus.
2.Previous experience in hotel front desk operations, with supervisory or leadership roles.
