Responsibilities
1.Guiding the guests to the reception section.
2.Making sure the entrance is well organized.
3.Welcoming the guests with a smiling face.
4.Labeling and monitoring the guest's luggage with tags.
5.Making note of missing equipment and reporting the same.
6.Notifying the management if additional stocks are required.
7.Performing miscellaneous tasks as and when requested.
8.Fixing minor issues as and when needed.
9.Completing all the closing duties.
10.Transporting heavy objects and furniture.
11.Ensure confidentiality, privacy and dignity is maintained always in accordance with the Data Protection.
12.Complying with all the health and safety regulation.

1.High school diploma.
2.Proven work experience as a bellhop or a similar role in the Hospitality industry.
3.Ability to lift heavy objects and excellent physical stamina.
4.Knowledge of security regulations.
5.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
6.Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills.
7.Ability to solve the problem promptly.
