Responsibilities
1.Supervise and coordinate the daily duties of bell staff.
2.Ensure guests are greeted warmly and assisted with luggage and requests.
3.Assign tasks and work schedules to bellhops.
4.Train new porters on hotel procedures and customer service standards.
5.Monitor staff performance and provide guidance and feedback.
6.Ensure safety and proper handling of guests belongings.
7.Coordinate with the front desk and housekeeping teams.
8.Handle guest complaints related to porter services professionally.
