Responsibilities
Follow up on the preparation and implementation of the needs assessment for the GHP project.
Prepare the project implementation workplans and review all related details.
Supervise the implementation of all project activities.
Prepare and review the project needs lists and follow up on the preparation of the related purchase requests.
Supervise the work of the technical and program staff involved in the project during activity implementation, and provide them with the necessary support and guidance.
Prepare the job descriptions for the project staff.
Attend all meetings related to the project and supervise the follow-up of action points.
Prepare monthly progress reports for the project, in addition to all reports required by the donor.
Follow up on project monitoring and evaluation to ensure proper implementation according to the plan, and provide feedback and adjustment recommendations when needed.
Prepare the periodic reports required by the donors and share them with the direct supervisor.
Review the project budget regularly to monitor expenditure progress and identify any variances.
Coordinate with all parties and stakeholders mentioned in the project.
Perform any other related tasks assigned by the supervisor that fall within the scope of medical education projects.

Qualifications
University degree with a medical background
At least one year of experience in medical education/training
At least two years of experience in medical field.
Arabic, very good level of English
Knowledge and experience of medical education systems
Knowledge of projects proposals.
Computer skills and report writing
At least one year of experience in medical education/training

Salary and Benefits
The salary will be defined according to the SAMS salary scale.
