We're seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in Syria to drive our growth by generating high-quality leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals with international companies. In this role, you'll become the face of Mind Links, representing our innovative HR and payroll platform to potential clients worldwide. This is a key position in our startup environment, where you'll have the autonomy to build relationships, sign accounts, and contribute directly to our expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and prospect potential clients, focusing on international companies looking to build or expand distributed teams.
Generate and nurture leads through outbound strategies, including email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and virtual networking.
Qualify leads by understanding their HR and payroll challenges, such as global compliance, talent acquisition, and payment processing.
Conduct discovery calls and demos to showcase how Mind Links simplifies hiring top Syrian (and soon global) talent while ensuring seamless payroll and compliance.
Close deals by signing new accounts, negotiating terms, and onboarding clients to our platform.
Act as the company's ambassador in the Syrian market and beyond, building long-term relationships and gathering market feedback to inform product development.
Collaborate with our small, agile team to refine sales strategies and contribute to our growth playbook, emphasizing cost efficiency, global reach, and innovative solutions.
Track and report on sales metrics to optimize performance and support our startup's rapid scaling.

Requirements
Based in Syria with strong local networks; remote work flexibility available.
1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS, HR tech, or B2B services.
Proven track record in lead generation, qualification, and closing deals.
Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic for engaging international clients.
Familiarity with HR and payroll challenges for global teams; understanding of compliance and talent acquisition is ideal.
Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a startup environment—adaptable, results-driven, and eager to represent the company.
Proficiency in tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM software (e.g., HubSpot or similar), and virtual meeting platforms.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
