Responsibilities
Job Summary: Contributing to the implementation and management of the organization's risk management system by assisting in the identification, analysis, monitoring, and reporting of relevant risks, to ensure the protection of the organization's assets and reputation and the achievement of its developmental objectives.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. Supporting the Implementation of the Risk Management Framework:
• Assisting in periodically updating and maintaining the main Risk Register, in coordination with other departments.
• Participating in the preparation of Risk Heat Maps and preliminary analyses to assess the likelihood and impact of identified risks.
• Providing support in monitoring Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and other metrics specified within the Risk Appetite Framework.
2. Risk Assessment, Analysis, and Mitigation Support:
• Collecting data and information from various departments (Projects, Finance, Human Resources) to identify new or changing operational, liquidity ,credit, strategic, and field-related risks.
• Assisting in preparing preliminary analytical reports on risk incidents or deviations from permitted limits, and tracking corrective actions.
• Supporting line management in designing risk mitigation plans and measures and monitoring their implementation.
3. Reporting and Monitoring:
• Contributing to the preparation of periodic (monthly/quarterly) reports on the risk status for presentation to management.
• Accurately and regularly maintaining risk management documentation and records, and ensuring they are updated.
• Monitoring compliance with internal policies and procedures related to risk management.
4. Coordination and Awareness Building:
• Facilitating the effective integration of risk management principles into the daily operations of various departments through continuous coordination and knowledge exchange.
• Contributing to fostering a risk-aware culture within the organization through appropriate tools.
• Monitoring developments in the external environment (laws, field conditions) that may affect the organization's risk profile.

Qualifications
Educational Qualifications:
• A university degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related fields. A Master's degree in Risk Management is preferred.
Previous Experience:
• A minimum of 4 years of practical experience in risk management. Previous experience in non-profit organizations and institutions is preferred.
English Language:
• Very good level / conversation – writing – comprehension /.
