Responsibilities
The Product Manager owns the end-to-end lifecycle of digital products and platforms — from discovery and definition to delivery, launch, and continuous improvement. This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and user experience, translating strategic goals and customer needs into clear product requirements and actionable roadmaps.
The Product Manager works closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure products are delivered on time, meet business objectives, and create real user value.
Product Strategy & Planning
• Define product vision, goals, and success metrics aligned with company strategy
• Build and maintain product roadmaps and release plans
• Prioritize features and initiatives based on impact, effort, and business value
Discovery & Requirements
• Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders, customers, and internal teams
• Translate needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis
Delivery & Execution
• Work closely with engineering teams during sprint planning and delivery
• Ensure timely delivery of features with high quality and usability
• Manage trade-offs between scope, time, and resources
Stakeholder Management
• Act as the primary point of contact for product-related decisions
• Communicate product updates, timelines, and risks clearly to stakeholders
• Align cross-functional teams around shared priorities
Measurement & Optimization
• Define and track KPIs (usage, adoption, conversion, retention, revenue)
• Analyze product performance and user feedback
• Continuously improve products based on data and insights

3–6+ years of experience in Product Management
• Proven experience managing digital products, platforms, or SaaS solutions
• Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Ability to write clear PRDs, user stories, and functional specifications
• Experience working closely with engineering and design teams
Technical & Analytical
• Comfortable discussing technical concepts with engineers
• Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools
• Ability to break complex problems into structured solutions
Communication & Leadership
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to influence without authority
• Clear decision-making and prioritization skills
• Proven experience managing digital products, platforms, or SaaS solutions
