1- Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop and manage a monthly content plan for: The hotel and Restaurants.
- Align content with: Marketing objectives, Sales priorities and Seasonal campaigns.
- Ensure content serves different stages of the customer journey: Awareness, Consideration, Decision.
2- Content Creation
- Write professional, natural, and engaging content in English
- Create captions, storytelling, and brand narratives
- Adapt tone of voice for: Hotel brand, Restaurants, Corporate & PR content
-Ensure language quality, clarity, and brand alignment
- 📌 English proficiency is mandatory, not optional.
3- Social Media Management
- Manage official social media accounts: Hotel accounts, and Restaurant accounts.
- Schedule and publish content consistently.
- Monitor comments, messages, and engagement.
- Coordinate with reservations/sales for inquiries when needed.
4- Visual & Production Coordination
- Coordinate with: Photographer / videographer, Graphic designer.
- Ensure visuals: Match brand guidelines, reflect real experiences, Avoid stock-like or generic content.
- Brief creative teams clearly to avoid wasted production.
5- Community & Engagement Management:
- Support the community-driven engagement strategy.
- Coordinate with HR on: Employee-related content, Internal stories worth sharing.
- Encourage organic interaction and reposting (without pressure).
-Identify content suitable for ambassadors and stakeholders.
6- Brand consistency & quality control:
- Maintain consistent: Tone of voice, Messaging and Visual direction.
- Ensure all published content reflects: Hotel positioning, Professional image, Cultural and brand sensitivity.
7- Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Track performance indicators: Reach, Engagement quality, Content performance by type.
- Provide monthly insights: What content works, what doesn’t, what to improve.
- Work with Digital Marketing on campaign coordination.
- 📌 Reports are for decision-making, not decoration.

- Experience managing multiple brands/accounts.
- Understanding of inbound marketing principles.
- Ability to work with performance teams (digital marketing).
- Experience coordinating content for hotels or restaurants
