Responsibilities
-Establish area sales targets and ensure the attainment of the agreed annual target of revenue
-Develop and execute sales strategies to grow fragrance sales in the targeted market and plans for opening new markets locally and internationally
-Act as a link between the customer issues and the store manager to solve related problems
-Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence
-Work closely with Perfumers, lab personnel and commercial teams to plan and execute customer projects effectively
-Developing and maintaining a productive long-term relationship with the customer
-Manage exhibitions locally and internationally, and travel to visit customers as needed.
-Ensure the compliance of the sales reporting system with the area to show performance against the plan.
-Develop and implement business driving events to achieve the sales department’s goals.
-Communicate regularly with vendors, planners, distributors, and buyers regarding stock needs, customer preferences, and special events
-Manage the area sales according to the ad hoc segments of the market
-Ensure the work area is free from hazards and work in a safe manner

Qualifications
-BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
-Excellent level in English
5 years of professional experience in a similar position.
-Sales Management: Develop skills in managing a sales team, including setting sales targets, monitoring performance, providing coaching and mentoring, and conducting sales meetings.
-Communication: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members, customers, and other stakeholders.
-Negotiation: Acquire strong negotiation skills to ensure profitable deals with suppliers, distributors, and retailers.
-Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers to enhance sales opportunities and brand visibility.
-Excellent level in English
5 years of professional experience in a similar position.
