Responsibilities
1. Supply Chain Strategy & Planning
-Develop and execute supply chain strategies that support business goals.
-Forecast demand in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
-Plan and manage the flow of goods from suppliers to final destinations.
2. Procurement & Vendor Management
-Lead sourcing, negotiations, and supplier selection processes.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international vendors.
-Ensure timely procurement of materials and finished goods based on production and sales needs.
3. Inventory Management
-Monitor stock levels across multiple countries and warehouse locations.
-Implement efficient inventory control systems to prevent shortages or excess.
-Coordinate replenishment planning using data-driven insights.
4. Logistics & Distribution
-Collaborate closely with the Logistics Manager to oversee inbound and outbound logistics.
-Ensure timely coordination of international shipping, customs clearance, and regional deliveries.
-Support warehouse operations and monitor transport activities to meet service and cost goals.
-Align logistics activities with overall supply chain planning, resolving issues jointly where needed.
5. Systems & Reporting
-Lead digital transformation efforts in the supply chain by adopting data analytics, AI, and predictive tools to enhance visibility, forecasting, and decision-making.
6. Risk & Resilience Management
-Identify potential risks such as supplier delays, raw material shortages, or transportation disruptions, and establish proactive contingency and recovery plans.
-Strengthen supply chain resilience through diversified sourcing and strategic partnerships.
7. Team Leadership & Process Improvement
-Lead and develop supply chain staff, setting KPIs and performance standards.
-Foster a culture of continuous improvement and cost efficiency.
-Standard and optimize supply chain processes across countries.

Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
-Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain or procurement roles.
-Strong understanding of international shipping, customs regulations, and logistics coordination.
-Experience with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
-Strong planning, leadership, and negotiation abilities.
-Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
-Fluent in English
-Must be able to travel easily outside Syria as required for business operations.
-Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain or procurement roles.
-Strong understanding of international shipping, customs regulations, and logistics coordination.
-Experience with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
-Strong planning, leadership, and negotiation abilities.
-Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
