Responsibilities
1. Management & Corporate Reporting
•Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and operational reports.
•Consolidate data from all departments to ensure consistency and accuracy of reporting.
•Analyze financial performance, trends, variances, and KPIs, providing clear commentary and recommendations.
•Ensure timely submission of reports to Four Seasons corporate offices and senior hotel management.
•Support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning through reliable reporting and analysis.
2. Data Accuracy & Reporting Governance
•Ensure the integrity, completeness, and reliability of all reported data.
•Maintain standardized reporting templates in line with Four Seasons requirements.
•Validate source data from finance systems, PMS, POS, procurement, and HR systems.
•Coordinate with department heads to clarify figures, explanations, and variances.
3. Decision Support & Performance Analysis
•Prepare management dashboards and performance summaries.
•Highlight risks, opportunities, cost control areas, and revenue optimization insights.
•Provide ad-hoc analytical reports upon management request.
4. Internal Audit & Compliance
•Conduct periodic internal audits to ensure adherence to Four Seasons policies, SOPs, and internal controls.
•Review selected financial and operational processes to confirm compliance and accuracy.
•Support external auditors by providing reports, documentation, and explanations.
•Track audit findings and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
5. Policies, SOPs & Process Improvement
•Support the development and review of reporting-related SOPs and procedures.
•Recommend process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy.
•Contribute to strengthening internal controls through reporting insights.
6. Confidentiality & Ethics
•Handle sensitive financial and operational information with strict confidentiality.
•Promote ethical reporting, transparency, and professional standards.


Qualifications
Education
•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
•Professional certifications (CMA, ACCA, CIA) are an advantage.
Experience
•5–7 years of experience in financial reporting, management reporting, or analysis roles.
•Solid background in reporting systems, financial analysis.
