Responsibilities
* Providing front line customer service through the CSC's.
* Receiving bills, cash payments &transfering units to prepaid
customers accounts.
* Providing information about new and present services.
* Delivering daily cash collection financial reports
* Dealing with VIP's and HVC customers.
* reporting alarming cases and complaints to the line manager.
* registering all cases done by the employee on CRM application
* Comply with company and department policy and procedures.
* Receiving all customers complaints and scale them to the
concerned parties in the most sufficient manner.
Qualifications
*Diploma Degree or undergraduate University
Degree( 3rd or 4th year).
*preferably 1 year of experience
