Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Premises Security & Monitoring
Oversee the center premises to ensure safety and prevent unauthorized access.
Control entry and exit points, verifying the identity of visitors as needed.
Conduct regular inspections of the facility and promptly report any suspicious activities or incidents.
Access Control & Incident Reporting
Maintain an accurate visitor log and ensure proper documentation of all entries and exits.
Immediately report security breaches, safety hazards, or unusual incidents to the supervisor.
Assist in emergency situations following established procedures.
Safety & Compliance
Ensure adherence to organizational safety and security protocols.
Support the implementation of basic safety measures throughout the center.
Remain vigilant during working hours, including extended shifts if required.
Professional Conduct
Interact respectfully and professionally with staff, beneficiaries, and visitors.
Demonstrate integrity, punctuality, and accountability at all times.
Protect organizational property and maintain confidentiality as required.

Qualifications
Prior experience in security, guarding, or a related role is preferred.
Minimum secondary school certificate is desirable.
Good physical condition with the ability to work extended shifts.
Basic knowledge of safety and security procedures.
Ability to monitor premises, manage access control, and report incidents effectively.
Basic communication skills with the ability to interact respectfully with staff and visitors.
High levels of integrity, responsibility, and punctuality.
Candidate must be based in Al-Safira and available to work on-site.
