Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Transportation Field Support
Provide safe, reliable, and timely transportation for staff and beneficiaries as required.
Ensure punctual pick-up and drop-off according to approved schedules.
Support reintegration and field activities by facilitating safe movement within Aleppo and surrounding areas.
Road Safety Security Compliance
Adhere strictly to road safety regulations and organizational security protocols.
Monitor road and travel conditions, reporting any safety or security concerns immediately.
Follow organizational security movement procedures during field travel.
Vehicle Maintenance Documentation
Conduct daily vehicle inspections, including fuel, oil, tires, and overall condition.
Maintain the vehicle in a clean, roadworthy, and serviceable condition at all times.
Report mechanical issues or maintenance needs promptly to the supervisor.
Keep accurate logs of vehicle use, fuel consumption, and maintenance records.
Professional Conduct
Interact respectfully and professionally with staff, beneficiaries, and community members.
Maintain confidentiality regarding organizational operations and beneficiary information.
Demonstrate punctuality, reliability, and a high level of responsibility at all times.

Minimum 2-3 years of professional driving experience.
Strong knowledge of Aleppo city and surrounding areas.
Good understanding of road safety regulations and organizational security procedures.

Basic communication skills and ability to interact respectfully with staff and beneficiaries.
High level of responsibility, punctuality, and reliability.
Must be based in Aleppo and available for full-time field assignments.
