Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning Implementation
Lead the implementation of reintegration activities in line with the approved project proposal and work plan.
Develop detailed activity plans and ensure timely execution of all project interventions.
Monitor project progress against targets and indicators, ensuring quality, effectiveness, and impact.
Identify challenges and propose corrective actions to maintain smooth and efficient implementation.
Team Supervision Management
Supervise field staff and outreach teams to ensure ethical, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.
Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and follow-ups.
Support staff capacity building through mentoring, coaching, and technical guidance.
Ensure clear task allocation, accountability, and coordination within the team.
Coordination Representation
Coordinate with local authorities, community leaders, NGOs, and relevant stakeholders to strengthen program impact.
Establish and maintain strong partnerships with service providers and other implementing actors.
Represent the organization in coordination forums and meetings related to reintegration and community programming as required.
Monitoring, Reporting Documentation
Ensure accurate, timely, and comprehensive preparation of narrative, internal, and donor reports.
Oversee documentation of project activities, beneficiary data, and verification evidence.
Support monitoring visits and assessments to ensure program quality and adherence to standards.
Ensure compliance with donor requirements, organizational policies, and operational procedures.
Accountability Compliance
Promote accountability to affected populations and ensure functioning feedback mechanisms.
Uphold safeguarding, protection principles, and humanitarian standards in all activities.
Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and ethical conduct throughout project implementation.

Proven experience supervising field teams and overseeing project implementation.
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Education, Business Administration, Development Studies, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in project planning, budgeting, monitoring, and reporting.
Strong coordination and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to foster effective partnerships.
Solid understanding of the Syrian context; familiarity with Aleppo is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
Fluency in Arabic and good working proficiency in English.
Strong commitment to humanitarian principles, accountability, and ethical standards.
