Responsibilities
1.Manage the referral process to CMAM centers.
2.Create and ensure all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
3.Share relevant information about referred cases with the Food for Nutrition partner.
4.Coordinate closely with another team member.
5.Ensure all referral processes comply with WFP policies and relevant legal regulations.
6.Follow up on referral outcomes to ensure beneficiaries' needs are met and issues are resolved.
7.Facilitate regular meetings and communication with partner organizations to streamline referral processes.
8.Identify and implement improvements to the referral process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
9.Stay updated on best practices in referral management and integrate them into WFP operations.


Qualifications
Education:
•Bachelor’s degree in nutrition or nursing.

Experience:
1.At least 2 years of professional experience in relevant work.
2.Experience with different communities and cultures.
3.Participate in data collection studies and research.
4.Good report writing skills.
5.Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
6.Good computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, and Formal email correspondence)

Another requirement:
1.Not a government employee.
2.Ability to travel between the governorates
