Responsibilities
- Coordinate the implementation of social cohesion and community-based activities in line with the work plan, ensuring technical quality, inclusive approaches and meaningful participation of beneficiaries.
- Ensure coherence across the social cohesion activities package (educational-linked, cultural, sports and psychosocial/community events and activities), promoting an integrated and cross-sectoral approach.
- Strengthen and accompany community structures (committees, youth/parents groups, school-based bodies) through coaching, on -job support, follow-up, ensuring transparent roles, representation and accountability.
- Maintain structured operational relationships with local NGO partners, schools, communities, local authorities and other relevant stakeholders, facilitating dialogue and operational collaboration.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams (Project Manager, Protection, MEAL, Education, Logistics, field coordinators etc.) to ensure effective information flow and integrated implementation.
- Promote community feedback and accountability mechanisms to ensure social cohesion activities remain responsive to community needs and priorities.
- Contribute to the preparation of narrative reports, maintaining activity documentation (attendance, disaggregation, photos) documentation of good practices and analysis of operational challenges, proposing corrective actions where needed.

Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in social sciences, education, psychology or related fields.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in community-based projects, social cohesion, protection, education or community development is considered an asset.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
