Responsibilities
• Maintain accurate supply chain records, databases and procurement tracking logs.
• Prepare reports, correspondence and purchasing documentation for review and approval.
• Coordinate meetings and follow up with suppliers and internal teams on outstanding actions.
• Manage filing, scanning, archiving and document retention to keep records accessible and traceable.
• Support inventory and logistics administration, including stock records and delivery tracking.
• Check invoices and delivery notes against purchase orders and flag discrepancies for resolution.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the SCM Manager and Supply Chain team.
• Coordinate correspondence with Syrian Petroleum Company (SPC) on requests for quotation (RFQs) and purchase orders, under the SCM Manager’s direction.

Qualifications
• At least two years of experience in administrative support, office administration, supply chain, procurement, logistics or a related field.
• Experience in document control, data entry, records management and coordination is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Commerce or a related field.
• Additional training or certification in administration, procurement or logistics is an advantage.
