1. Prepare courses calendar, obtain concerned parties approval on the agreed on training provider, trainer, outlines, attendees and schedule.
2. Prepare training agreements, and obtain concerned parties approval on the agreements prior to the course starting date.

4. Create classes on HRIS (Human Recourses Information System) in order and ensure system enrollment.
5. Follow up course implementation, send training invitations, obtain attendees’ initial verbal feedback during the course to take a corrective action if needed.
6. Prepare “Training Course Evaluation” report and send it to the concerned parties for recommendation if any.
7. Send internal/external payment issues for local / external training providers to Finance Department for processing.
8. Initiate Internship program plan, coordinate and follow up its implementation with concerned Departments.
9. Arrange with concerned parties for post internship evaluation and refer to Recruitment team to check suitability for hiring.
10. Implement Job Rotation Program in line with the Rotation Enrichment Matrix and follow up the process.
11. Prepare Rotation Semi Annual Report and provide Management with recommendations when needed.
12. Assist university students’ in terms of completing required assignments/surveys/graduation projects through coordination with concerned Departments.
13. Arrange with concerned parties to prepare and conduct universities awareness sessions and follow up implementation.
14. Register and follow up training requisitions (related to training courses) through “I-Procurement System”.
15. Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
16. Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and team work.
17. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.

1. Education: Bachelor’s Degree, Preferably in HR / Business Administration.
2. Experience: 1 year of HR/Training / Administrative experience is a plus.
3. Professional Certification: GPHR (Global Professional Human Resources) is a plus.
