Assist in managing the monitoring measurement and evaluation of the projects.
• Assist in the design and execution of M&E methodology that tracks with the established project Results Framework;
• Collect, analyze, and disseminate accurate data according to the indicators in the Result Framework;
• Assist in overseeing the design and development of data collection tools and forms to guarantee timely, valid and reliable data collection at the field level;
• Review, analyze, and evaluate monitoring reports and identify the cause of potential bottleneck in program implementation;
• Collaborate with implementing staff to provide relevant information for ongoing program activities(data analysis).
• Ensure activities, results, challenges and lessons learned are accurately documented in a timely manner and are available to program department teams
• Assist in the development of systematic and realistic monitoring plans that capture quantitative and qualitative data to report on project performance indicators;
• Develop and maintain effective information database on projects, providing resource and necessary support for program inputs and outputs;
• Carry out systematic field visit to analyze the situation in the community and its projects
• Provide feedback to line manager and make recommendations to programs unit through communication channel
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure the non-disclosure of any information acquired in the course of duty, to any other person or organization without approval
• Perform other duties as required.

Diploma degree from accredited institutes ( Bachelor degree is preferable)
• Experience working with local or international non-government organizations or UN agencies in Syria;
• Knowledge on humanitarian cluster/ sector system;
• Demonstrate ability in managing data and information from design, processing, analysis, publication and evaluation;
• Demonstrated understanding of different data collection methodologies;

• Good writing skills in English and Arabic;

Shelter support is among their main programs along with school and health clinics rehabilitation, community services, and provision of water, sanitation and hygiene support in close collaboration with UNHCR, UNICEF and OCHA.
