Responsibilities
Core Purpose of The Job:

To support OD department goals through assisting in effectively design HR/OD strategy, policy, procedure and Systems and through overall organizational effectiveness and being responsible for data management of organizational structures and job design.

Task Complexity:

- Oversee, administrate, and execute surveys of the Employee Engagement & Satisfaction on the MTN Group level, In terms of: Conducting the survey annually, analyzing the results, communication with executives and board of seniors gathering feedback and proposals, communication with general staff in a Roadshow theme. Developing of an Action Plan based on the addressed SWOT. Monitor the execution and Keep all concerned parties posted with the progress.
- Oversee, administrate, and execute the "Internal Satisfaction Survey” of the quality of service delivered by certain divisions all over the company.
- Design of an Ad-hock Staff Surveys.
- Manage the HR Communication' programs (Ex. Internal staff different magazines, or the MTN Group newsletters).
Handle the designing, writing, updating, and modifying the company "Policies, Procedures, and Processes", as well as the localizations of MTN Group PPPs.
- Following-up accordingly with the upper board of management and concerned division(s) to authorize and publish the final versions.
- Ensure that all Organizational Design databases (Ex. Org. Charts) are kept up to date and relevant to the business.
- Participate in the regular reviewing of the company job profiles, and ensure the proper update or modification accordingly.
- Deliver small projects within the business as required and, Provide support for Change management activities or events.
- Support Performance Management process during three phases (Planning, Midyear, Final Review).
- Monitor and follow up the completion of performance appraisals. - Consolidate HR annual KPIs.


Qualifications
Education:

- Bachelor Degree (B.Sc.)/ Human Resources
or Business Administration
Experience:

- 3 Years' of related work experience

Specific Vacancy Requirements
Knowledge:

Good knowledge in Syrian Labour Law, taxation and social security legislations.
Good knowledge in finance units.
Good knowledge in remuneration concepts/ systems.

Skills / Physical Competencies:

Spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel)
Word Processing (Microsoft Word)
Other Microsoft Products (Project Management, SharePoint, Visio, Outlook…etc.)
Database/Statistics (Microsoft Access, FileMaker Pro, SPSS, Quick Books Pro, Windows QSB)
