Responsibilities
Protection & Education Field Assistant (for Training) is responsible for providing administrative assistance and field monitoring for workshops and trainings in the areas where Protection & Education Project carries out training workshops. Moreover, those can be summarized in:
- Organizing the training & capacity building workshops held by PUI.
- Assist in conducting E&P activities including training workshops.
- Attend PUI E&P activities in the field and ensure the smooth and proper functioning and implementation of activities (including training workshops) to maintain the quality of the intervention.
- Monitor E&P activities (including training workshops), track progress and inform PUI about accidents, incidents, problems, difficulties, or suggestion during implementation.
- Report to E&P FO upon any misconduct or complaint from beneficiaries.
- Collect the E&P beneficiaries’ information and follow up any changes.
- Monitor E&P beneficiaries’ attendance when they are enrolled in E&P activities, identify reasons of absenteeism/ drop out, and prepare their attendance sheets and drop out list.
- Monitor and evaluate beneficiaries’ progress including the beneficiaries of training workshops.
- Provide analysis for the beneficiaries’ data for reporting.
- Perform data entry duties related to applications, evaluations, impact studies, questionnaires, beneficiaries information and any other data entry issues..
- Follow up and monitor the logistical issues to ensure effective logistics before and during course implementation including liaising with the venue, liaising with the trainers, and undertaking the necessary preparation for the courses including training materials and catering.
- Assist the development of needs assessment surveys, feedback and monitoring forms.
- Assist in organizing and following up the procurement and distribution of materials during workshops and all other E&P activities when needed.
- Submits reports concerning the activities he/she is in charge of, or any other requested report including related photos.
- Perform administrative tasks related to Education & Protection activities.
- Provide Arabic / English translation for reports or any other related documents as requested by E&P PM.
- Contact stakeholders as requested.


Qualifications
- Intermediate Institute or University degree.
- Two years minimum of relevant experience, preferably in training.
- Good level of spoken and written English and Arabic and translation skills.
- Good knowledge of Ms. Office package.
- Good skills in photographing
- Previous experience in child protection, psychological support activities is preferable.
