Responsibilities
Under the direct supervision of the HR/Admin Executive Officer, the employee will be responsible for providing office support. This will include: assisting HR/Admin Executive Officer by handling Der-ez-Zor office tasks, processing employees’ requests, and tracking employees’ leaves
- Greet visitors inquiring the nature of their business and direct them to the appropriate person
- Scan, copy, and maintain a filling system which is updated at all times.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and interviews Maintains administration filing system in hard and soft copies.
- Take accurate minutes of meetings
- Ensure operation of office equipment; completing maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories
- Maintain office supply inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level and anticipate needed supplies
- Completing a Purchase Order for supplies and verifying receipt of supplies when delivered.
- Organize staff training sessions, workshops, and activities
- Track and maintain daily attendance sheets, time sheets, and leaves tracking sheet.
- Keep accurate record of the staff leaves and submit monthly report to the HR/Admin Executive Officer.
- Prepare human resources documents as assigned by HR/Admin Executive Officer.
- Ensure respect of rules and procedures
- Adhere to RSRP standards and code of conduct especially towards confidentiality of information and data protection, principle of neutrality and gender equality
- Perform any other duties as and when required

Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or relevant degree of education is required.
- Minimum 1 year experience – preferably with other INGOs
- Ability to effectively use computer software including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and HR software
- Very good filling, organizational and time-management skills
- Very good communications and interpersonal skills
- Report writing skills; strong computer (MS Office);
- good spoken and written English and Arabic
- Minimum 1 year experience – preferably with other INGOs
