Responsibilities
Under the direct supervision of the HR/Admin Executive Officer, the HR Assistant duties involve a wide range of support activities inside our HR department like coordinating meetings; maintaining our employee database; conducting orientation; and processing employees' requests.
- Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.
- Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work; answering the telephone; relaying messages; maintaining equipment and supplies.
- Schedules examinations by coordinating appointments and administering tests.
- Welcomes new employees to the organization by conducting orientation.
- Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records.
- Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data.
- Keep accurate record of the staff leaves and submit monthly report to other departments.
- Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
- Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
- Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Adhere to RSRP standards and Code of Conduct especially towards confidentiality of information and data protection, principle of neutrality and gender equality
- Perform any other duties as and when required

Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or relevant degree of education is required (essential).
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Assistant (essential) – preferably with other INGOs
- Good knowledge of labour laws is preferable
- Ability to effectively use computer software including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and HR software
- Very good filling, organizational and time-management skills
- Very good communications and interpersonal skills
- good command in both Arabia and English (speaking and writing)
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Assistant (essential) – preferably with other INGOs
