Responsibilities
1.Assist in the development of the annual agreements’ rollout, commercial roaming & interworking plan.
2.Build alliances with roaming partners by suggesting - IOT “Inter operator Tariff” wholesale prices negotiating – following up to finalize the steering and IOT discount agreements.
3.Analyze the roaming partners trends in terms of (Revenue – Roamers – MOU “Minutes of Use”) and provide timely feedback to (Roaming & Interworking HOS and Services & Interconnect HOU).
4.Prepare a feasibility study & business case for each roaming service or promotion that includes the mechanism, pricing, estimated expenditures, revenue & required promotional tools (ATL-BTL) and prepare the related literature.
5.Coordinate the commercial issue between GSMA, Operators, service providers and Wafa departments.
6.Check designs, layout / artworks, slogans & content related to roaming & interworking services received from communication team and propose the necessary enhancement when needed.
7.Control wholesale to anticipate changes and achieve competitive retail with a healthy & sustainable margin.
8.Monitor on a daily basis the interworking profitability and ensure proper actions are taken to maintain & increase profitability (win back actions, price changes, routing changes, promotions, technical investigations, leakage blocking…etc.)
9.Monitor the product / service performance and life cycle once launched.
10.Perform regular traffic statistics, analysis and reports on the evolution of roaming & interworking activities.
11.Maintain strong and professional relationship with services providers.
12.Participate in the negotiations of Roaming & interworking agreements terms and prices.
13.Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal obligations for wholesale services as applicable.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field is required.
- Experience: One year experience in Marketing is preferable.
