Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
• Cooperate with Project Officer on preparation and leading of educational activities in targeted schools
• Identify out of the school children in the catchment area of the community center and ensure their integration in the formal education system.
• Identify qualified trainers with relevant and adequate skills, provide technical support and evaluate their performance regularly.
• Provide pre and post assessments templates to measure the achievement of the targets and the impact of the activities.
• Manage attendance records for children and continuously assess their progress.
• Ensure educational programs meet with standards and quality of performance.
• Prepare weekly update and monthly reports on progress of activities.
• Provide disaggregated data per age, gender, and nationality for the POCs benefited from the activities.
• Participate in relevant trainings and attend meetings as required.
• Perform any other related duties as required.

Qualifications
• Degree in education or other social fields, or substantial work experience in Education.
• Minimum of 1 years of relevant work experience in the education sector, preferably in emergency response, humanitarian relief interventions.
• Demonstrated skills in assessment and training of trainers.
• Relational skills when working with teachers, staff and communities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills both in English and Arabic.
• Proficiency in computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Web Browser).
• Minimum of 1 years of relevant work experience in the education sector, preferably in emergency response, humanitarian relief interventions.
• Demonstrated skills in assessment and training of trainers.
• Relational skills when working with teachers, staff and communities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills both in English and Arabic.
• Proficiency in computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Web Browser).
