Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and procedures that align with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
2. Manage employee relations and resolve complex employee relations issues in a professional and timely manner.
3. Oversee talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, selection, onboarding and retention initiatives.
4. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and compensation and benefits.
5. Develop and implement programs and initiatives that support employee engagement and satisfaction.
6. Oversee the administration of employee benefits and compensation programs, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
7. Lead and manage the HR team, setting performance expectations, providing coaching and development opportunities, and conducting performance evaluations.
8. Stay current on HR best practices, legal developments, and emerging trends, and incorporate this knowledge into HR strategies and processes.
9. Collaborate with other departments and senior leaders to ensure HR initiatives align with overall organizational goals and objectives.

Qualifications
1. Minimum 7 years HR and HRIS experience in a medium organization.
2. At least 5 years experience as a successful HR Manager in a corporate support environment with a solid HRIS management background
3. Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations and best practices.
4. Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
5. Proven ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies and programs.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
7. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
