Responsibilities
1. Menu Planning, and developing creative and appealing menus that align with the restaurant's concept and target audience.

2. Food Preparation, preparing and cooking a variety of Western dishes, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to recipes.

3. Culinary Expertise, demonstrating a deep understanding of Western culinary techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles.

4. Kitchen Management, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.

5. Leading and training kitchen staff, ensuring efficient teamwork, and maintaining a positive work environment.

6. Quality Control, food quality, presentation, and portion sizes to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction.

7. Adhering to food safety regulations, maintaining proper hygiene practices, and ensuring a safe working environment.

8. Cost Control, managing food costs by minimizing waste, controlling portion sizes, and optimizing ingredient usage.

9. Collaborating with other departments, such as front-of-house staff and management, to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

10. Staying updated with industry trends, experimenting with new recipes and techniques, and constantly striving to enhance the dining experience.


Qualifications
1.Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
2.Strong leadership, training and motivational skills.
3.Strong organizational skills and ability to work in stressful, fast paced environment.
