Responsibilities
1. Implement CS (Circuit Switch) network design, new features and services according to the preset requirements.
2. Prepare and apply traffic test scenarios for new CS network node.
3. Perform acceptance tests for CS network elements and features.
4. Integrate new CS network node in coordination with the Providers.
5. Execute work orders issued by Planning & Engineering Unit and assigned by Head of Section related on CS network nodes within required timeframe.
6. Check CS network elements performance through CS network counters results and apply the required actions.
7. Review the activities performed by CS Operation Technician to ensure their effectiveness.
8. Follow up providers’ intervention in installing and commissioning CS network elements.
9. Apply security requirements on CS network nodes through firewall installation, configuration and administration for CS network elements.
10. Follow up providers’ intervention in installing and commissioning CS network elements.
11. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on CS network nodes based on preset schedule, fault alarms or customers’ complaints.
12. Coordinate with providers for support in the operation and maintenance of CS network.
13. Inspect network transport materials in warehouse as requested.
14. Solve customers' complaints received by Customer Service effectively and timely as per related policies and procedures.
15. Provide Customer Service Dept. with complete and accurate feedback about the actions applied to solve complaints.
16. Keep records about the corrective and preventive actions applied to solve customers’ complaints.
17. Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
18. Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork.
19. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.

Qualifications
1. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Telecom /Electronic Engineering
2. Experience: 2 years of Technical Experience in Telecom are required
3. Professional Certification: CCNA/CCNP is a plus
