Responsibilities
Aim of the position: Responsible for counseling, coaching and proficient guidance for business planning and setting up income generating activities for beneficiaries aged between 18-25 years old extendable to 27 years old.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Support TVET trainers in elaboration of the career guidance and entrepreneurship component in the tvet program.
- Develop a map of professional and economic resources that will help beneficiaries in applying for potential job opportunities.
- Set up a coaching plan to provide one-on-one coaching sessions to help boost beneficiaries business models and tackle lags in their products.
- Support the beneficiaries in the tvet program in actively searching for Job and prepare a curriculum vitae and job interview.
- counseling the beneficiaries to verify the purchases of material made and to understand how to develop their business either independently from home or in their own shop, act as a mentorship to provide guidance and advices for the beneficiaries
- Monitor the voucher redemption process of materials, ensuring that beneficiaries are procuring the right materials and intended for their Business.
- Support the beneficiaries in effectively advertise for their businesses through different platforms.
- Follow up on established business of the beneficiaries, making sure that each activity is set up correctly.
- Support the distribution and elaboration of the TVET vouchers, liaising with bank for payment monitoring.
- Conduct site visits and spot checks to monitor the ongoing activity on field.
- Collaborate with the M&E department and facilitate data collection and validation through different M&E tools (database, focus group discussion, surveys and other).
- Provide detailed reports including quantitative data collection and descriptive narrative reports as per the project annual work plan.
- Maintain the archiving system up to date (both in hardcopies and electronically).


Qualifications
Education: Degree in Business
Work experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in an organization with similar job.
- Experience in startup businesses and market landscape
- relevant experience in business planning and strategies
- ability to coach, mentor and support beneficiaries for startup business


Specific Vacancy Requirements
Hard Skills:
(1) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; (2) Strong documentation, research and report writing skills.
Soft Skills:
(1) Strong organizational and team working skills;
(2) Good communication and interpersonal skills;
(3) Effective planning and coaching skills are required



Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and verbal.
